As a registered user of JFM, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age if resident in the United Kingdom (UK). If you reside outside the UK you must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence.

The classifieds, forums and weblogs are provided under strict terms and conditions of use.
1) You agree that you, not JFM, are the sole publisher and owner of any postings made by you in the in the classifieds, forums and weblogs. That such postings are made entirely at your own risk. You therefore agree to indemnify JFM from any legal proceedings, cost or damages, which may result from legal actions taken against any party which result from information you publish.
2) You agree that you are legally responsible for any damages to JFM which occur through loss of business reputation which may result from material you have published.
3) You agree that although JFM will make every effort to maintain a reliable service, that no damages may be claimed against JFM for intermittment or permanent withdrawal of this service for any reason whatsoever.
4) You agree that no postings may be made which are unlawful in the jurisdictions of the United States of America or the United Kingdom, such as postings which contain libel, defamation of character or include theft of copyrighted material. In addition, no postings may be made which are racially inflammatory, incite hate towards groups or individuals or contain sexually highly explicit material.
5) You agree that your account may be cancelled immediately and all material removed and destroyed if, in the sole opinion of JFM, material you have posted is objectionable or unlawful.
